Mark Williams-Thomas MA- is a Criminologist and ex-police detective, with considerable experience of running major paedophile investigations as well as interfamiliar abuse inquiries. During Mark's 13 years in the police, he specialised in child protection and major crime (murders and paedophile investigations).
Mark finished his career in the police as a detective in the force's newly created Paedophile Unit, overseeing major paedophile investigations and dealing with the risk management of dangerous offenders.
During Mark's time in the force and in recent years, he has studied and become a leading authority on the abduction of children.
Mark left the force with an exemplary record to pursue other interests and opportunities.
Mark has a Masters & Post Graduate Diploma (commendation) in Criminology and is currently working towards a Doctorate.
Laura Bugby MA - has considerable experience in dealing with and interviewing sensitive and vulnerable individuals, both victims and offenders of crime.
Laura comes from a welfare background, having had experience in counselling as well as the security field, both recognising and implementing policy on security issues, as well as directly apprehending and dealing with offenders.
In August 2007, Laura was part of a small team from WT Associates who were responsible for looking after the welfare and security of the GB team at the World Student Games in Bangkok.
Laura has a Masters degree in Criminology and a degree in Sociology with Psychology.
Joanna Duncan-Smith - Is the Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. She has a wealth of experience which she brings with her from her work at The Lawn Tennis Association, the Football Association and with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.What we offer
